RITcon Training and Consulting is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and skills in the property damage restoration industry. Ken Sellers formed RITcon after more than 25 years in the restoration profession. We offer an array of online and in person classes which include IICRC certifications, continuing education, insurance CEC credits, and custom hands-on training taught by industry leading professionals. The RITcon training facility was built with the country’s most comprehensive, hands-on training in mind. Our sister company, Advance Contents Recovery, provides a variety of property damage restoration, mitigation, remediation, and estimating services. Our consulting and project management associates have over 100 years of cumulative industry experience ranging from large loss water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, document review, and expert witness services. RITcon was built with people in mind. We strive to provide the best services and education for both our students and instructors. Ritcon Training is an IICRC certified training center for the restoration and remediation professional. We offer nationwide training at our Winchester VA, training center, located just north of Washington D.C. Courses include WRT, AMRT, ASD, CDS, TCST and much more.
