“Classes/Courses” refers to the classes/courses both in-person and online provided by us to you as specified in your Order confirmation; “We/Us/Our” refers to Ritcon LLC.

Pricing

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown for classes on our website are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as we deem necessary.

IICRC:

The IICRC requires students have a working microphone and camera that must remain on with the student in view for the duration of the class.

IICRC Exam Fees for online classes are paid upon registering for your exam via the IICRC website. IICRC Exam Fees for in-person classes are paid directly to the Instructor at the time of the exam. Payment methods for Exam Fees vary.

Payments
Payment for classes, as indicated on the order, is due in full at time of registration. Your chosen payment method will be charged as indicated.
The accepted payment methods are as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Cancellations
All registrations for classes are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
If, within 7 days or more of the classes being offered, you are unable to attend, you can choose to transfer your seat to someone else within your organization at no additional cost or reschedule the course to future class with an additional $100 fee.

Within 6 days or less of the Course being offered, you may transfer your seat to another person within your organization but no other changes will be accepted due to the commitments we’ve incurred with the administration and instructor.

Tardiness, Early Departures:
Planned tardiness or early departures must be communicated to Ritcon LLC, prior to the course start date and time. If you arrive after the posted course start time it is at the instructor/Administrator’s discretion to deny or grant entry to the class, and you may be subject to forfeit the course fees in its entirety. All decisions made in class by the instructor with regards to this policy are final and any student that cannot complete the certification exam is not eligible for a refund. Students are encouraged to call and inquire about any writing or comprehension disabilities prior to purchasing a course, as this is the only way to guarantee a student’s situation can be accommodated.
