Ken Sellers
Founder/CEO
Ken Sellers, a 1982 graduate of Elon University in Business Administration began his career in the cleaning and restoration industry in 1987 while performing restroom hygiene and sanitizing. After this beginning, he went on to own a multi-location carpet cleaning company when he began getting into the property damage restoration industry. Following owning his own company, Ken went on to work for several independent restoration organizations and several offices of a national restoration franchise, Paul Davis Restoration, to account for a 25+ year career in the cleaning and restoration industry. Currently, he owns and operates RITcon Disaster Services, a company that provides training and consulting, specializing in all facets of property damage and contents restoration, as well as being an IICRC approved instructor for WRT, FSRT, OCT, AMRT, and CDS. Ken has also developed and is approved to teach Continuing Education Credit Courses for the insurance, real estate, and property management industries. RITcon also provides support services through long-term industry associates for large loss, estimating, project management, job site supervision, and equipment rental.

James Tole has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for more than 33 years, in that time he has trained hundreds of companies in the United States and Canada. In addition to his years of experience in the restoration industry, James also has a degree in chemical engineering with an exceptional understanding of chemistries and processes for the use in hands-on cleaning. He has extensive field and management experience in the handling of contents after insured losses and specializes in pack out procedures, individual job management, contents estimating and inventory software. James has been an independent IICRC Instructor for 22 years and works as an instructor for RITcon Training. James brings to his courses a unique compilation of practical exposure and practices based on ‘the science of cleaning’ targeted towards increasing technician, manager and supervisory skills and efficiency.
Randy Pierce

Randy Pierce has traveled the United States, as an approved IICRC instructor, teaching courses in textile cleaning. He specializes in courses on carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor control, and business marketing. Aside from teaching, Randy is an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, Master Fire, and Smoke Restorer, and has been the owner/operator of a successful textile cleaning and restoration company for more than 19 years. Randy has a diversified business background working in the Air Force, Pepco, Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster and committee chair, and in apartment communities where he learned vital management and leadership skills. Randy's positive attitude combined with a motivating teaching style makes him one of the most requested instructors in the country. He is well known for teaching his students how to be ultra-competitive in today's fast-paced business environment through the use of advanced technical skills and innovative sales and marketing techniques.
Pat Dooley

Pat Dooley, instructor, author, and business owner, has been in the cleaning and restoration business for more than 4 decades. He has been teaching courses in restoration since 1999, and from 2009 to 2011, Pat taught more students and conducted more IICRC courses than any other instructor in the world. When Pat is not in his instructor role, he is busy building restorative drying, content restoration, and smoke remediation companies. He is also an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Master Water Restorer. Additionally, Pat has taken part in the writing and information gathering of the IICRC S500 Water Damage Standards on Large Loss 3rd edition 2005 and 4th edition 2016. Pat’s vast knowledge and experience in working with the IICRC and some of America’s biggest natural disasters gives him a unique perspective and real-world scenarios when teaching his courses.
Brad Moore

Brad brings over 30 of experience in restoration to the classroom. Holding certifications as an IICRC AMRT Instructor, IICRC Master Water Restorer and a NC General Contractor. Brad brings in-depth expertise in catastrophe remediation, project management, and disaster recovery. His proficiency spans across restoration, construction, mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration., Brad is adept at leveraging his skills to drive successful restoration projects and business operations. Brad is a seasoned Property Restoration Expert with extensive experience in founding and managing full-service restoration companies. When Brad is not working he enjoys clay target shooting, off road motorcycling.
